Shaping Progress Together
Zibagwe Rural District Council is the local government body for Kwekwe District of Zimbabwe, created under the Rural District Councils Act: Chapter 20.13. It was formed through the amalgamation of the former Kwekwe Rural Council and the Mashambazhou District Council in 1993.
The district is subdivided into 33 wards, with elected councillors representing residents at the district level. We are committed to fostering sustainable community development and enhancing the livelihoods of our residents.
